Location – A pleasant locality in Apex, Beckett Crossing is located right off Olive Chapel Rd. The neighborhood is also accessible directly from Beaver Creek Shopping Center through Red Barn Way.
The NC state University or Raleigh is a 30 minutes drive assuming average traffic. RTP or The Research Triangle Park also takes round about the same time but traffic can play spoilsport on a few days.

The property rates currently are in the region of $240k – 420k. The property tax currently applicable is about a percent of the property’s assessed value.
